After a lengthy stint of lacklustre asking rent performance, Greater Sydney has posted sizeable MoM gains across all product types. Greater Perth has regressed after posting its high-water mark in May 2025. Corrections have occurred across the board except for 9.0m² units, which have performed consistently since the beginning of 2025.
